Article I - General provisions

1.1 This contest is organized by SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION with registered office at 5070 FOSSES-LA-VILLE, Chaussée de Charleroi, Le Roux 340 b, and registered in the Commerce Register under number 0441.356.334.
1.2 These regulations stipulate the conditions and rules of applicable for the contest and only those who accept the regulations in full may participate validly. To this end, the regulations can be consulted on our website www.ggilpro.be or can be sent to you on simple request.
1.3 Participation in the contest is possible from 03/01/2020 and ends on 15/11/2020. However, the end date can be extended, interrupted, stopped or extended at any time by SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION .
1.4 The organizer of this contest cannot be held responsible for any modification or cancellation of the contest due to exceptional circumstances. The organization excludes also any other liability for damage which is caused by its fault, with the exception of non-performance of the obligations which constitute one of the main services points of this agreement. Finally, the organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or in the event of interference by third parties.
1.5 Participants cannot in any case claim reimbursement of their participation in the contest.
1.6 Each dispute on this contest must be brought to the attention of SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION by registered mail and at the latest 10 days after the contest closes. These regulations are governed by Belgian law and will be interpreted and executed in accordance with this law. For any dispute which arises out of or in relation to the contest and which cannot be settled amicably will be only the courts of BRUSSELS will be competent, without prejudice to the right of the consumer to bring the case to court in his home town.
1.7 In the event that a provision should be declared invalid or unenforceable, this will have no influence on the validity or applicability of the other provisions.

Article II - Participation and registration

2.1 No correspondence (exchange of letters, emails, telephone calls, etc.) will be part of the rules of the contest, the organization, the process and / or the result that remains binding and irrevocable. All communications from the SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION related to the contest are complementary to these rules. The organizer can modify this legal notice where necessary in exceptional circumstances.
2.2 By the simple fact of participating, the participants accept these rules without reservation as well as all the decisions taken by SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION . These decisions are final and binding.
2.3 Each adult person with residence in Belgium and having bought a swimming pool from SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION from 01/03/2020 until 15/11/2020 can participate in the contest but is subject to the express condition of the correct execution of the agreement with SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION (including compliance with payment obligations) , except:

• of staff members of SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION ;
• of the people who take part in the organization of the contest;
• family members of the above-mentioned persons to the third degree.

2.4 There is only one entry allowed for each pool purchase.
2.5 Any winner of a prize without complying with the conditions of participation will automatically lose his right to the price, without compensation and without any recourse.

Article III - Course of the contest

The participants who wish to participate in the contest choose the option "participation in the contest 30 years GGILPRO "on the purchase order for the purchase of a swimming pool from 03/01/2020 for an additional contribution of EUR 1.00. To be able to validly participate in the contest, candidate-participants must complete two contest questions as well as a subsidiary question. In the event of an ex aequo, the participant who answers the questions correctly first will win the contest. The control of the progress of this contest is under the supervision of a bailiff. Contest participants, as well as the winner, expressly agree with a control by the bailiff and organizer of this contest to verify that the conditions of this contest have been respected.
The answers must all be entered directly on the organizer's website through a unique link that is indicated on the swimming pool order form.

Article IV - Prize

4.1 The prize linked to the contest consists of the reimbursement of the net price that the winner paid for the swimming pool. By net price is defined the price of the pool itself (excluding VAT) and this includes the price of each option chosen during the purchase, however, excluding additional products or services ordered for the pool (such as placement of the pool, earthworks, materials, etc.).
4.2 The winner will be contacted personally by a SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION representative during the month of January 2021, amongst others to agree on practical arrangements (announcement of the winner, communicate the bank account number on which the cash prize must be paid,…). The price is indivisible and must be accepted as understood. The price cannot be assigned, marketed or traded.
4.3 Unless the winner refuses the award of the prize for his own reasons, the organizer will reimburse the net price listed under article 4.1. within one month of notification on the bank account number communicated by the winner.

Article V - Personal data

5.1 SA G.GIL.PRODUCTION processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

5.3 The winner of the contest authorizes the contest organizer to reproduce and publish graciously his name, photo and / or their winning answers, without territorial limitation for 10 years from the closing of the contest and this in the context of communication around the contest or to promote the activities of the organizer. For this purpose, the winner will be available to the organizer to take photos and pictures whenever the organizer requests it.
5.4 Your data will never be transmitted to third parties, unless you have previously authorized us to do so and expressly agreed to this.
